- You can place orders for our products from our online store. Or, you can contact us by email at sales@neighborhoodbeekeeping.com or by phone 801 756-5410.
- When placing your order, it is important that you verify your order, shipping and billing information to be correct so that it will not delay the receiving of your order.
- Payment
- You have the choice of paying by Credit Card (inwhich the credit card is processed by PayPal--no credit card information is stored or maintained by Neighborhood Beekeeping), PayPal account, Check or Money Order. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been verified.
- Shipping & Delivery
- You have choices of shipping methods from United States Postal Service, Federal Express and UPS. You order will be shipped within three business days of receipt of payment.
- Viewing Orders
- If you had logged in when you placed your order, then you can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account. If you placed your order as "guest", then we will send to you an email (to the email address that you used when placing your order) once your order has shipped.
- Returns & Replacements
- Neighborhood Beekeeping, LLC guarantees quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our first priority.
